NUBIA has deservedly earned herself an enviable reputation since being imported into the UK by us as a 2 year old, when only 2 weeks later, she took the National Movement title in 2006. Like some of our other mares, she has the highly regarded MIURA bloodlines in her pedigree, through her grand sire VINATERO III, the main and founder dressage stallion of the ESCALERA stud farm and sire of many top movement winning horses, and possibly the best stallion for bullfighting prowess produced by the MIURA family.

NUBIA's great grand sire, MACANUO, son of MACANUA, (herself Spanish Junior Champion, Adult Movement Champion and Champion Mare of Spain) and the famous LEBRIJANO III, sire of many National Champions and International Competition horses. MACANUO is a horse of International repute, along with his famous parents, being foundation stallion for the SENILLOSA stud farm and also Dressage Champion of Spain 1999.

NUBIA has a significant number of brothers and sisters performing in the International dressage and Show arenas and winning a multitude of prizes. She has proved herself time and again and we are hoping for a magnificent foal from her with our Multi CHAMPION Calificado stallion, HABANERO XLI, due in May 2012!
